Adam DuBrueler is a photographer and art director based out of Richmond, Virginia. He is currently a Masters of Science student at the VCU Brandcenter, in which he attends for Art Direction. Adam holds a BFA in Photography and a minor in Media Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University. His work has appeared in publications, such as, Richmond Magazine and Richmond Times-Dispatch. DuBrueler exhibited a solo show at the Anderson Gallery entitled §29.1–523 Killing Deer by Use of Certain Lights in February of 2019. He has also participated in group shows at VALET (now Cherry Gallery) and M0B Studio in Richmond, Virginia. Adam’s artistic work revolves around the ideas of memory and place coupled with the intimacy of the human condition and American rural landscapes.
